IFM Energy

Trainings

"As the IFM – Internationale Freileitungsmontage A.Ş. family, we interpret success as continuous improvement and continuous development. We take care that our employees also have this perspective. The key point that we have been able to successfully apply this principle for years is the importance we give to team spirit and comprehensive training. With international certificate programs such as Bepect and Elektrofachkraft, the number of our teams working competently in Europe is constantly increasing."

Bepect

It is a mandatory training program to work in overhead power transmission line works in the Netherlands. It consists of 2 stages, theoretical and practical sections. It is a four-day training that covers all risks, hazards, and working procedures, starting from general information about the Netherlands, types of energy transmission lines, and technical details during conductor pulling in the theoretical part.

At the end of this training, those who pass the written exam are eligible to take the practical exam in the second stage, the implementation part. This exam is carried out in a special application field at the Bepect Company center. All applications explained in the theoretical part and required to be performed during conductor pulling are performed one by one in this field by the individuals and followed and noted by Bepect supervisors. As a result of the general evaluation, participants who receive a passing grade are entitled to receive their certificates from Bepect stating that they can work in overhead energy transmission line works in the Netherlands.

Other Trainings

As IFM A.Ş., we know the importance of training qualified personnel to implement and maintain our principles. If we think of our company's success as a pyramid, our trainings undoubtedly form the bottom step of this pyramid.

Continuing its work with this awareness, IFM A.Ş. organizes many trainings and activities with independent training organizations. In addition to many trainings such as occupational safety training during work at height, work on electrical works, and occupational and environmental safety training, information trainings and orientation training applications are also carried out at our construction sites by our management staff.
